I used YouTube Studio and Social Blade to come up with strategies for the channel I handled in my past experience. We found that the competitors are using regional language titles in their thumbnail and video title headings. We found that new content availability was not regular and also was reduced in volume. With corrective actions, we were able to correct the down slide in watch time and subscriber addition.
